The Hendrix is a 30 storey LEED silver apartment building in downtown Edmonton. The podium was constructed using red terra cotta smooth modular brick. The use of brick allowed for easy incorporation of the preserved historic J.T. Ross House, located beside the tower and included in the new development as boutique office space. Concrete block was used in the construction of the underground parkade, and Indiana Limestone was used for the balcony copings.
